Open Enrollment for the Health and Welfare Flat Rate Plan is November 1 - November 30.
The following Master Agreements have been modified, amended, renewed and extended: |

The new Carpenters Master Agreement is extended through June 30, 2012.
Rates effective July 1, 2007 depend on whether or not an Employer has accepted the terms and conditions of the new Master Agreement either through an Association or independently.
______________________________ The new Drywall/Lathing Master Agreement is extended through July 31, 2012.
Rates depend on whether or not an Employer has accepted the terms and conditions of the new Master Agreement either through an Association or independently.
Drywall/Lathing rates will be effective July 1, 2007, except for the Health & Welfare fringe benefit and Apprentice/Journeyman Training fringe benefit contributions which will be phased in as follows:
Effective July 1, 2007 - Entire 46 COUNTIES
Health & Welfare Fringe Benefit
For Employers who have accepted the terms and conditions of the new Master Agreement through July 31, 2012, increase ninety-nine and one-half cents ($0.995) per hour for a total of eight dollars and fifty-five cents ($8.55) per hour. For all other Employers, increase one dollar ($1.00) per hour for a total of eight dollars and fifty-five and one-half cents ($8.555) per hour.
Effective August 1, 2007 - Entire 46 COUNTIES
Health & Welfare Fringe Benefit
For Employers who have accepted the terms and conditions of the new Master Agreement through July 31, 2012, no change.
For all other Employers, increase twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour for a total of eight dollars and eighty and one-half cents ($8.805) per hour.
Apprentice/Journeyman Training Fringe Benefit
For Employers who have accepted the terms and conditions of the new Master Agreement through July 31, 2012, no change.
For all other Employers, increase twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour for a total of sixty-two cents ($0.62) per hour.
